xbone doesn't acknowledge my gold membership

I've messaged support twice in 2 days. they have restarted my membership, had me redownload my profile, restart my xbox, and it does nothing. help?

can someone just confirm/clear up for me - can i roll over my gamer tag from xbox 360 onto the xbone and can i carry over my unused gold membership from my xbox 360 onto the xbone?

i assume that if i roll over my gold account onto the xbone then i can no longer go online on the 360?

It can be used on both my good man.
And also if you have Gold then everyone elses profile on the X1 has gold to

Now I can log in as me but my Gold membership isn't being acknowledged, so none of my games work.Give us information on what is happening

This utterly pissed me off. I wasted my free 2 week gold membership trying to get this to work. I also have DirecTV and was not an option for me to log in. So not only I paid for XBONE I pay for DirecTV, yet can't watch NFL on XBONE.

No 5.1 surround.

The XBONE is more worthless than a VCR. (my opinion)

I'm pretty sure that with the xbone live membership the console is gold as well as the gamertag associated with purchasing the gold membership. So, all accounts that play on that one console will be gold but wont be gold on another console. However, the
account that purchased gold will be gold on whichever console they play on. For example, I will be upgrading my three 360s to three xbones. When I do, I will activate gold on the one in the TV Room so everyone in the home can play in the TV Room. On the other
two I will still be gold because I purchased live. Now, the one that I use most often is in my bedroom. So, that means I have two consoles activated with gold The third xbone, belongs to my nephew, would need a separate gold purchase. So three gold accounts
for the price of two. If I have four consoles nothing would really change except that my nephew would purchase gold on the console in the spare room and still be gold in his bedroom.

So, that's $120 for four gold consoles. Only $20 more than the family plan. If you have more than four xbones, just repeat the process. So, if you have either five or six xbones it would cost $180. For seven or eight it would cost $240.

As of right now on the family plan it cost $100 for four, $160 for five, $220 for six, or $200 for 8.

btw my membership will end 25 this month, will cancel my membership if the 80072747 problem cannot be fix...

and cancel my xbone preorder... (cannot download profile = brick xbone)
