XBONE Disc Player ISSUES

I have this new xbone since Dec 18th. I have noticed a problem with the disc drive. The drive itself will at times will "freeze" and won't accept a new disc automatically. The only reset I have figured out is to shut down and unplug. Following this procedure,
the disc will accept the disc. Any thought???????

Mass Effect 2 & 3 on XBone?

Only the disc version of those games is backwards compatible unless you purchase them digitally through EA Access.

Wait, are you saying I can put my ME2 and 3 discs in my XBone and they'll play? I didn't think the XBone could do disc based backwards compatibility, I thought it only did digital. I have a digital version of ME1 on my XBone but I never owned it digitally.

Games sharing

if you only have one xbone

then you can share it

but you all must be on your profile

if you have multiple xbones

as some now have multiple xbox 360's

you can only play on the box thats its registered to

.................

so little jimmy cannot play it on his xbone

if little joey has it registered on his xbone

jimmy has to play it on joeys xbone, under his profile

...

or you buy two disc

the used price is the same as full price

I'm seeing the same thing. We were watching Spider-Man tonight and there was a noticeable judder/stuffer/jerkiness. We popped the disc out and switched to my dedicated Sony BD player and it played normally, with no judder. Both the XBOne and the BD player
go through my Pioneer receiver and into the Sony TV. Hopefully it is just something with the app itself and not a hardware problem with the disc player. I've tried the various settings (24Hz, etc). Nothing is working so far. I think the XBOne is a nice piece
of hardware, but there are a couple of rough edges that need smoothing.

64 players in Battlefield 3 will have serious slow down issues on the xbone.

Had a similar issue on my 2nd Xbone. The first Xbone I had did not have this issue, the second one did, and the third one did not either. However, I did notice that pushing in on the faceplate would often make the rattling disappear, and that the disc feeding
sound mechanism was a lot different than Xbone #1 and Xbone #3. My guess is that there are multiple manufacturers for the Blu-Ray drive with one brand that has a more aggressive feeding mechanism than the other brand. I honestly would not worry too much about
it unless it starts making that noise during normal gameplay, or the drive starts randomly ejecting discs or not reading discs.
