XBone controller not working

Discus and support XBone controller not working in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I paired my xbone controller with Windows 10 PC using the PC adapter. It was working fine on my PC.     XBone controller not working


    I paired my xbone controller with Windows 10 PC using the PC adapter. It was working fine on my PC.

    I am trying to get the controller to work again with my xbone console but it doesn't connect.

    I already disabled the windows 10 pc adapter and tried resyncing the controller to console wirelessly and with usb cable. Both seem to fail

    Any ideas?

    I apologize, this is not an answer. Although not a answer I hope to shed some light on some issues, I am also having trouble with my controller and don't have the time/Can't be bothered looking - choose one.

    The problem is the controller stops functioning whilst playing, The controller remains on but non functional. turning the controller off and back on again does not fix the problem, I've had a few friends with the very same problem, although they are not
    able to determine the cause of crappy hardware!

    The only fix I have found and tested is to hard reboot the Xbone (Hold the power button for 5 or so seconds)

    I have isolated the problem to being connected to the Xbone using USB, whist using the Headset provided with the xbone on purchase.

    In conclusion, Controller not working but remaining on. audio also not working through headset whist in a party. Problem remains even after turning off the console, Only current fix is a hard reboot. Oh, Oh and SmartGlass does not work during this isssue,
    which leads me to believe it is the Xbone being a [Mod Removed].

    XBONE Elite controller on Windows 10 NO vibration

    Hi

    I have an elite XBONE controller running windows 10 and it does not vibrate during games, I have already done the following

    - updated drivers using the XBOX accessories app

    - Tried using the controller cabled & wireless same result

    - plugged in an original xbone controller played same games and vibration works

    - tried controller on XBONE and vibration works

    any other ideas?

    Hmm, is the Windows 10 PC also off when you tried? It sounds like there could be some wireless interference when you're syncing the controller. Give
    this guide a shot and see if it helps out.

    Wireless headphone support on next gen

    I would expect that existing wireless headphones for the xbone will continue to work. As I believe they use the propriety xbox wifi direct similar to the controller. They have already said that controllers will work.

    What will be interesting is whether they will let bluetooth headsets work on it. Tough choice as quality control (crappy mics) is probably the reason the xbone doesn't have bluetooth.

    Not sure if this is where I should post this but here it goes...I have 2 Xbox Ones and one of the XBones won't connect any of the 4 controllers we have. While the other one connects them all! What can I do. I have even plugged them all into the working
    connected XBone to update the controllers and they still will not connect with our other XBone!!!!

    I have a regular xbone controller however my right bumper makes a nice clicking noice but the left one which still works does not. This is the only xbone controller I have ever got may hands on so far. Is the left bumper diffrent from the right one?

    Xbox one chatpad.

    Add me to the list of ppl wanting a chatpad on the XBONE controller. I don't even own an XBone, but i use the controller for my PC, i used a 360 controller for my pc for ever and even though the chatpad didn't work with it it still added that much needed
    weight and balance to the controller. Please M$ make a chatpad, take my money for it but do me a favor and for the love of Pete make it work with the PC this time around.
