    Xbone controller DOA cheap and nasty junk!


    Just got an xbone and set it up today. The controller is cheap and nasty. Plastic feels weak. Sticks are loose and it keeps leaning to the left.

    These controllers are not fit for purpose. Everyone is having the same problems with theirs and the replacements. When are Microsoft planning to recall and replace these? There is no way these things are worth £55.00!

    How do I get this sorted? Is there any third-party controllers on the market we can choose instead of the cheap and nasty Microsoft ones?

    Xbone is like a Titanic- big and fancy, with a lot of zealots getting on board like sheep in an orderly fashion. Little do they know that the iceberg is already out there.. Xbone controller DOA cheap and nasty junk! :( XBone - DOA

    There aren't any third party controllers out that I know of. However, you can set up a replacement of the controller through the repair site.

    Customer service told me that there are no defects with the controller but my two controllers are having problems too.

    I got it back from repair and they claim nothing is wrong with the console. I'm seriously considering selling it while the value is still high and getting something with better hardware quality control.
