Discus and support XBO S w/ Kinect Adapter won’t change volume in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Just upgraded from Xbox One to Xbox One S.     XBO S w/ Kinect Adapter won’t change volume


    Just upgraded from Xbox One to Xbox One S. Now the Kinect (with new adapter for Xbox One S) can’t change the volume up/down or mute on my Logitech Z906 sound system. Worked fine before with Xbox One and Kinect.

    Using optical audio cable. Tried every combination of HDMI Audio and Optical Audio settings. Kinect voice commands work for on/off, just not for controlling volume.

    KINECT RETURN

    MICROSOFT mr. because the kinect sensor has been abandoned. We spent so much money to have it, we spent the money for an adapter to use on xbox one s, and do not play any more. RESTORE, USATE kinect, update do not leave the KINECT system

    XBOX One Chat Adapter & Turtle Beach Issue

    My issue with my X12's are when I have the adapter plugged in, The sound is all tinny, Cannot adjust volume with "game" volume nub on the headsets volume control. To adjust game sound and chat, I have to adjust the "chat" volume nub which effects the chat
    and game volume. The balance buttons don't seem to work for me either.

    If I don't have the adapter in use... The sound is fantastic. I feel like I have just wasted £20 on this. At this rate I rather just use my headsets and chat with the Kinect.

    XBO S w/ Kinect Adapter won’t change volume

    Figured it out finally. Had to go into TV Settings > Device Control and reconfigure the Audio receiver by manually entering the model name.

    Can Xbox One Kinect sensor be used on Xbox 360?

    Hello!

    The Xbox One Kinect Sensor only works on the Xbox One (or the One S w/ the adapter). The Xbox 360 Kinect Sensor only works on Xbox 360.

    Are you using the Xbox 360 with Kinect, or do you have an Xbox One with Kinect 2?

    Also do you have an original Xbox One with Kinect directly connected to the console, or a Xbox One S or X with a separate Kinect Adapter to connect Kinect to your S or X console?

    If you have an external Kinect adapter for S or X consoles, what color is the light on the adapter?

    Are you suggesting that the stereo adapter when not using headphones control volume?
