XBO Console Store delay

Hi guys,

I have noticed that lately the Xbox Game Store on the XBO has been unbelievably delayed when using. I open up the store, pick a game (Black Ops 4 for example) and it plays the trailer and flat out won't let me shift down to the menu to read about the game
/ purchase it. This hasn't happened before. I did a full reboot of the console, and I made sure that other apps such as Mixer were shut off in the background. But really this shouldn't be happening, doesn't happen with my PS4 or Switch in their shops, so
I know it isn't a connectivity issue. I really like the layout of the Xbox store, but the delay is absurd at points, no idea why. Just wondering if others have run into this.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Usually, the interface of the console gets difficult to navigate after a system update is not applied to the console correctly. Is this console enrolled in the Xbox Insider program? This can be fixed by
doing a
soft factory reset. This allows the console to download the update again. Also, this is the type of factory reset that keeps all games and applications installed. All accounts will be removed from the console. Be sure to have the email addresses and passwords
for those accounts ready. Be sure to let us know the results!
