@XBLRewards for deposits

Hi again..

its been a year now for a solution to correct this deposit error for credits yall are having, telling us, "we need to update our billing info", I would like you to remove and convert my remaing credits into a redeemable code or send some kind of email asking
if i want to convert my remaining balance into currency. Since its taking this long to come up with a solution, and its becoming more and more of a issue for users, somebody needs to start coming up with alternative instead of manually trying to deposit credits.
It hasn't been working from my point of view.

Either try different solution, go back to the way the credits was being deposited before, or dump the system yall have now and build a new one.... because from the looks of it, a lot of people is having a issue with this. And im sure its not hard to try
and do the solutions I mentioned above since it's taking so long to hear from this "other team". ****, even companies like GameStop can take an amount of money/credits and convert it into a redeemable code for currency. I'm sure you can do the same with no
problem.

Pending Xbox live rewards points

Ok, you joined XBLRewards in October, how many points are pending?

Normally your pending points are stored until you reach at least 100 points.

Once you have reached that total, the points will be deposited into your account automatically.

As a special promo for December, it does not matter how many points you have pending, the will deposit whatever you have available...but this does not happen instantly. Points are deposited around the end of the month but I believe they recently changed
it so the can deposit the points twice a month.
