XBLR E-mail Question

Hello. About 2 years ago, I met someone named Jimmy. Recently, he got into several accounts and allegedly got console banned. He started to send his Xbox e-mails to mine, so I changed the primary alias and removed the old one. Today, I got one of them on
the old e-mail. I went ahead and clicked the "click here" button to remove the subscription, but it asked me to log in. Does me logging in mean they'll stop, or do they want the instigator to log in? Any feedback helps so I can get further action upon him.

Where can I go to ask questions about the Xbox LIVE Community Developer Program

It asks to e-mail them your application to that e-mail address. I don't know if its allowed to send them questions to that e-mail or even if they will respond when somebody writes questions to that e-mail address. That's my dilemma, but hey I'll try it out
and I will make sure to include your name in the e-mail telling them that you said it was ok to send them my concerns about the program, Thanks for the help fyerball 72

 

No Birthday Rewards last years?

Hallo, i can remember that i have received a BirthdayReward for my Birthday at the start of the XBLiveReward Programm but only one time. This year i recieved a reward to be a member of XBLR since 6 years(thx). Then i saw that i should receive at the same
month a reward for have birtday but nothing happend, no e-mail like it was back then. I checked my MS Profile and the date of the day was 06 and not 07 i changed it but still nothing. And even if, why i recieved all the years no reward for Birthday only once
at the beginning oft XBLR? I allway checking my E-Mails spacially on my Birthday because i now that i have only a short amaunt of time to claim the reward! I hope i can get some answers!
