XBLPET's Unfair

I'm sorry you feel you have been wronged. We are separate from the Enforcement team, but I know they receive a lot of reports to read. However, they put in great consideration before making any enforcement decision. No Suspension/ban is taken lightly and
case reviews are personally looked at and considered. In the end, the Code of Conduct is strictly enforced to ensure a family friendly environment for everyone.

One little known fact is that accounts can receive suspensions/bans for violations to the Code of Conduct that happened a long time ago. So it might appear as one wasn't doing anything to get suspended, but in fact it was something the account did a while
back.

Xbox wants you to have a good experience while playing on Xbox Live, so please read the Code of Conduct (here: http://www.xbox.com/en-US/legal/codeofconduct ) in your spare time so you won't have this issue in the future and good luck to you!

If the players don't take the extra time to clean up their games by Filing Complaints nothing will be done. Don't expect to file a complaint and see the individual removed from the game it takes time. Once a complaint is filed the XBLPET will investagte
by monitoring the players current gamming habits, their message history, Avatars, and bios. Players that have gotten away with cheating and using mods like to boost about it and do it again and they will be caught. Then they cry the blues on how unfair the
XBLPET is

While some Code of Conduct violations are immediately resolved, XBLPET also conducts reactive investigations. Many of these investigations are triggered by player complaints. The Code of Conduct has no statute of limitations, and
users may be enforced upon at any time for past offenses.

A player may be offline (or playing single player) at the time of the suspension, but his or her online status at that particular moment may have no bearing on the reason behind the enforcement. If you receive a suspension and are
not sure why it occurred, please check the email sent to your Microsoft Account or view your
Enforcement History on enforcement.xbox.com.

thats unfair. I had a communication ban and 1 day later I get a full suspension because XBLPET decides to take enforcement on something that happened months ago. I appealed for a case review and the decision was upheld. I explained it to them that I couldn't
be making any sort of comments of that nature. You ambassadors are little help. XBLPET made an unfair enforcement action.

You would think they'd do something about it. Its blatantly obvious, but yet there it is. Get xblpet involved and revoke their gold membership. A few little kids making YouTube vids cussing up a storm about "unfair " bans would send other such **** (fill
in the blank with your favorite best fitting word here) a message.
