    hello so ive been an Xbox gold member for 8 years almost 9 I should almost be having an anniversary! Well I'm wanting to approach i certain situation back in the 360 days as the days Modern Warfare 2 was out I remember receiving a 2 week ban but I was at
    fault so I had no complaints. After following through with the half month ban I had recieved another ban for the same thing but instead of half a month it was a perma ban. Now at that point the XBLPET was at fault for giving me scare for the perma ban, and
    after contacting them through the Xbox360 support phone number i was able to get the problem resolved and they had told me they made a mistake on their part and apologized for the inconvenience and had received a free month of gold, at that point we as consumers
    had the ability to contact this PET and discuss our situations.whats changed? Now recently on the 28th this month i received another ban for messaging something vulgar to someone which i can agree i am guilty of for and took a ban for it and now as of the
    10/30/16 I have received a ban yet again for the same thing. Even after going through the ban prior to this one I tried to find a way to contact XBLPET there is no way to do so. Now I believe they have made an error on their part again and maybe it's a bug
    with my account or something but there has to be a way to contact them about this at least an email. Otherwise why not go on a ban spree with no one to complain to? I have a good rep on my account I'm not a bad player. I haven't received a ban on like 4 years
    but we deserve the right to speak with the PET as a paying consumer as they have the right as consumers themselves to ban us what makes us different from them?

    Anyone know where this building is located? I'm sick of their crap. Some jerk causes me problems for 30 minutes, so I FINALLY call him an **** (he didn't get suspended by the way, he was still sending me messages after I got mine) and I get an instant suspension
    for 2 bloody weeks. This department NEVER responds favorably to what caused the issue that I've seen and have even flagged me as a rep that needs work for over 9 months because I submitted video after video of players actually cheating in games. They need
    to face some SERIOUS consequences for their absolutely horrible actions to the players. As in lawsuits, a protest, etc.

    That may not have been why you were suspended unless the enforcement team responded to your case review and stated specifically that it was. Investigations can take time, so the suspension could be for something that took place days before that conversation.

    If you have questions regarding an enforcement action or are unsure why it occurred, you can submit a Case Review inquiry through your Enforcement History. This allows you to interact directly with an enforcement agent, who will review the circumstances
    surrounding the case and explain why the enforcement was issued.

    Any Xbox Live member with an active enforcement action may submit a case for review through the account's Enforcement History, provided the enforcement meets the following requirements:

    • The enforcement's duration is greater than 24 hours in length
    • The enforcement was issued in the last 12 months

    I recently received a temporary communication ban for a text message sent to a friend that contained a profane word. Although I was joking, he still reported me. I could not submit a case review and would like some consideration. My gamertag is Mr Chedder
    321. In the aforementioned ban, I also received an extra permanent ban withholding me from signing into my account from another device (which I would like reviewed).

    If you have already filed for case review in the enforcement site and the enforcement verdict is upheld there is nothing else you can do and no one in the forums can help you. XBLPET doesn't operates through forums since August 2015.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums. If you're eligible for case review you're able to tell your side of the story from there.
