Why does it seem like they are a joke? They issue bans for mature language on a M rated game while only knowing part of the story of what happened, and don't/won't allow questions or objections to the suspension. Just bam, feel the ban hammer, now give
us money for services we deem you can't use on an adult game for using a word that is in middle school kids vocab.

Anyone know where this building is located? I'm sick of their crap. Some jerk causes me problems for 30 minutes, so I FINALLY call him an **** (he didn't get suspended by the way, he was still sending me messages after I got mine) and I get an instant suspension
for 2 bloody weeks. This department NEVER responds favorably to what caused the issue that I've seen and have even flagged me as a rep that needs work for over 9 months because I submitted video after video of players actually cheating in games. They need
to face some SERIOUS consequences for their absolutely horrible actions to the players. As in lawsuits, a protest, etc.

The
Xbox Live Code of Conduct does not set standards for game content; that is done by the various ratings boards in each region (ESRB, PEGI, etc.). It does govern how users behave on Xbox Live, even when others are misbehaving. If a suspension is issued, they
have significant evidence warranting a suspension. For suspensions 7 days or longer, users are granted a single case review to put forward their own facts that would indicate the suspension is unwarranted.

 

The ratings are only for the games themselves. Since Live is not rated it must remain E for everyone. These are the rules you agree to when you sign up.

The enforcement team have access to everything you do on Live so they have the evidence they need.

 

Not dening what i said, im saying that it wasnt mature language . I accepted my first suspenion brcause i cussd a dude and deserved, but refercing a LGBT. Group on FB in a message shouldnt deserve a ban

 

That may not have been why you were suspended unless the enforcement team responded to your case review and stated specifically that it was. Investigations can take time, so the suspension could be for something that took place days before that conversation.

 

The enforcement team do not use the forums. If you're eligible for case review you're able to tell your side of the story from there.
