XBLPET thinks Im someone else and unfairly ended my case review

Support doesn't anything to do with enforcement and they check based on the account you are asking about

So if it is upheld you have to pay for the consequences

And fyi multiple violations of the terms of use will result in a ban

The sole method for communicating with Xbox Live Policies Enforcement Team (XBLPET) is the case review process. If you have already submitted a case review and the decision of XBLPET was upheld, there is nothing else that can be done. The suspension will
end on the date and time indicated on the Enforcement site.

Make no mistake of thinking that you can get suspended just because someone reported you. All reports get investigated from the XBLPET before an enforcement act is decided.

Hi there. If someone does find it inappropriate and files a complaint against it, it will be reviewed by several Xbox LIVE Ambassadors that are apart of the enforcement United program and in some cases the XBLPET as well. If they find it to be offensive,
your gamertag will be reset, meaning you will be generated a random gamertag now instead of being able to change it to something else.

Unfortunately, if the decision was upheld by the XBLPET in a case review, that will be the final decision. The XBLPET are the only ones who could lift the suspension, and the case review process is the only way to contact them.

If you think the account was compromised, you'd need to open an unauthorized access investigation with the support team.

As noted in the code of conduct, upon receipt of a permanent suspension all content associated with the account is forfeited - they will not transfer it to another account.
