XBLPET Sigma my xbox account is banned for false reason XBOX ENFORCEMENT please help

hello my Xbox account gt xgn aw king account was being used by one of my friends without my permission they said some things that got my account perma banned i would like to have a second chance because i tried fileing a case review and would either like
to file another one but it wont let me and its been two years since i filed one so this is why im creating this post on here to see if Xbox enforcement team can give me a second chance on this account because i had a lot of games that i bought and used this
account for 6 years with no issues till one day i logged on and noticed my account was perma banned for supposedly staff impersonating a staff member of Xbox live which i had no idea my friend would go and do that to me on my account so please help me out
and give me a second chance and i will prove that i never would do such a thing as staff impersonation as my friend did to me without my permission of using my account.

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

I need help it said my console was banned(PLEASE READ)

Hello and yea I was wondering it the XBL enforcement team would please read this and help me out
Last night I was playing black ops when it said dissconnected from Xbox live profile signed in elsewhere and then it said my profile was suspended and then a second later I tried to sign in on one of my other accounts and then it said I had been Console Banned and I was wondering if I could get some information on why this has happens
My gamer tag was-(Stealth Servers) guys please comment and help me out it would really help me outClick to expand...

The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

The Xbox Enforcement isnt looking into the forums. They can only be contacted via the Case Review. If you have already done that, and the suspension is upheld there isnt anything you can do unfortunately.

No one here in the Forums or from Xbox Support are able to do anything on that case. The Enforcement team is seperated and if the ban is upheld there isnt anything more you can do.

But you cant really make a false statement like that, No one knows if they will do anything or not. So please research before making a false statement like the one above.

Thanks for answering, but nobody supports me in anything.
The reason for the ban is the name of my club that does not inflict any reason for censorship.
I am being harassed by a group of people and they do it through false allegations to my club and profile.
I do not understand how they can veto someone without first seeing the reasons for the complaints.
We do not have protection over false claims.

Your current gamertag is exceedingly similar to those used by the Enforcement Team. Such as
XBLPET Sigma.

While your own is missing the P from XBLET, it isn't a stretch to think you are attempting staff impersonation.

It may be a completely genuine error on your part but I don't think the real Enforcement Team would see it that way.

Remember that multiple enforcement actions against accounts on one console can end up with the console itself getting banned.

Xblpet are not hackers. Xblpet is the Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Team. They the ones who ban/suspend you when the rules are broken.

If the ban was that long ago then there is nothing you can do as you cant apply for a case review for something that long ago and that is the only way to reach the enforcement team.

That account will be banned forever.
