XBLPET Ran by kids?

like seriously what the hell.

i was hacked a fortnight ago, a week later i got an email telling me i was suspended (i had no access to the account btw)

a couple days ago i get my account back still suspended,

so i go through all the steps letting them know whats happened, and by the looks of things they decide not to read it and upheld the decision, like what the actual
[Mod Removed], how can i do anything wrong if i dont have the account.

and that above is a load of [Mod Removed], how can i be held responsible if i am powerless to stop it.



so what do i do now, funny how they can just issue bans yet you can't actually speak to a human about it, as every human xbox employee you are able to speak to seems to not be able to do all about anything useful

Ok so check this out i started playing xboxlive when it came out and went live over 10 years ago.

i start withing mins im like 5 gold stars everyone loves me on cod2 (i was good at it)

within days im 90% liked yehhh

with a month i was 50% disliked boo but why you ask oh yeh i won i won a lot i beat players fair and even no cheats no boosting nothing just was good at it i went from liked to 87% disliked in months when i beat players on Lotrbe2 i went all the way down
to half a gold star haha for nothing cause i won a game on xboxlive

then i get hit with a ban ? i ask xbox love whats with the crazy 24hour ban ? oh you cant have your youtube account in the bio so you get a 2 ban ?

now we stream on youtube but did i get a sorry nah just a ban.

ok move on a couple years i swap banks so now xboxlive cant just remove money from my account for xboxlive BUT i never gave permission for this so hey do i get a message your xboxlive has ran out or a message its about to run out nope i got a ban ? couldnt
log in i have to call (im in the uk) america to deal with xboxlive over the phone this is before forums and live chat. costs me 100 quid 150 bucks to you yanks and had to call back every day over the week still nothing..... oh and by the way while on the phone
to xbox live i tried to give my card details to get my account back up n on gold yeh the person at microsoft stole money from my bank account yehhhh so he takes over 500 from me and the bank have to give it back and deal with him was i given anything a sorry
nah just after 10 days i get someone who says oh eh cause we couldnt take the money it defaults you to a ban ?? sorry here il just click to let you play now sorry about that and then im back online.

cut to 8 years into xboxlive its a newb fest of cheats hacks and boosters. (xbox live terms n cond say cheating is a bannable offence) they dont stand by this at all i have reported maybe up to 1000 gamers for boosting cheating hacking and all sorts on xboxlive
guess what happens to me yeh i get a ban.

here xbox live logic for you at its best i me joe i report 50 gamers in a week on cod but they all only get 1 report each so no high at all me on the other hand i get a dozen or so from the 50 so now i get a 2 week ban for nothing. iv been abused called
names had racists talk to me n call me all sorts threaten me try to hack me nah xbox live do nothing but sure i get in the way of some boosters who find m bugging the click report and i get the ban from playing not the cheats.

can you tell anyone on xboxlive nope the only way is to leave a message on the forum run by the mods and if they allow it to post you get a rply if they dont like it you get ignored. i asked what i did i got a full copy n paste rule book and then i asked
what rule did i break ? nothing ignored for 2months online couldnt get any help. then once i was back online im chatting to my friends an get a coms ban for 2weeks lol cause i swore in a message waw trolling me much xbox.

and today playing elder scrolls having fun then putting up with some idiot racist online i mute and thn he still bugs me with a message i tell him to f off and block and then mins later i get a coms ban haha so im in my 30s and cant tell someone to f off
but he can be a racist and an *** online and hes fine yeh thanks

xboxlive dont stand by any rules at all and of all the people i reported on cod for cheat NON got a ban cause i wrote down the gamer tags and looked next day week and always online always playing hackers on fifa nah played them the next day hackers on cod
boosters played them next day and all that week.

id like a reason why you ignore my complaints xbox and ban me anyway after you rob me ban me wrongfully and never give one replay as to why

The only people who would be able to comment on suspensions and bans are the Policy Enforcement Team, and the only place to reach out to them is at
http://enforcement.xbox.com. They no longer use the forums.

 

You are speaking to a human

All decisions are final

And yes you are responsible for all actions on your account

 

how can i be responsible if

1. i was hacked

2. i physically had no access to my account to even stop it

3. i was suspended when i had no access

to a normal functioning human being it makes no sense, i didnt ask to be hacked,

 

When they respond it's a person behind the screen

And if you mean phone call no that would never work for 2 reasons

1st every online service that handles millions of account do it this way to reduce floods of people

2nd exact reason as above

You would never be able to get thru as people would spam call tiill they get their account suspension lifted the line would be too busy and collaspe

Enforcement Forums and enforcement website is moderated you can't spam it

 

And I worked for a call centre Christmas regular calls can buckle a multiple call centers

Let alone people who spam lines to get their accounts suspensions lifted

 

There is only so many enforcement agents they don't have time to spend time to answer spam calls when they could be enforcing the rules and helping people who have legitimate questions rather the multiple calls trying to lift suspensions

 

guys okay i can understand that side of the argument, fair play

but how can i possibly be held responsible for something im powerless to stop, i cant even resubmit the claim, so i spend hundreds of pounds on digital games just for them to be stolen back.

so i need to speak to a lawyer, better business bureau and ombudsmen, because this is stupid

 

so hundreds of pounds stolen from me, *** great, for something i genuinely had no control over
