    XBLPET NEEDS a rework


    As I'm sure most of you know, the Xbox Live Policy and Enforcement Team is in a horrific state.

    Bans served with little to no information given to the PAYING CUSTOMERS who are on the receiving end of this farce, Microsoft turning a blind eye to what's going on, and an appeals system which, by the end of the "preview" you will have to PAY for, is absolutely
    pointless as they will do NOTHING. And also it is nigh impossible to actually appeal, because the site just kicks you back to the home screen.

    I don't know why I'm even doing this because MICROSOFT DOESN'T LISTEN TO THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS!

    Xbox live customer support needs a major rework

    Sounds like your friend bought a console from a shop that was modified by the previous owner, and promptly got banned next time the dashboard version was updated.

    You do not have to pay for case reviews i do not know what website that you went to that you have to pay for the case review but the enforcement team for Microsoft website is enforcement.xbox.com and if you follow the code of conduct then you have nothing
    to worry about.

    its when you do not follow the code of conduct and are reported that you then have a suspension that is put onto your account.

    Paying customer or not,you agreed to follow a simple set of rules & you also agreed that you would be punished if you were caught breaking those rules.

    As mentioned,you do not have to pay for a case review,don't know where you got that from.

    The enforcement team do a great job.It's a small team dealing with millions of people.

    How about following the rules so you don't get suspended then you wont have an issue.

    Microsoft listen to their customers all the time.

    I think cross-play need to be an option on every game. But in FPS games I think that needs to be reworked since playing in mouse and keyboard is an advantage for PC players.
