I receive a 2 week enforcement action for telling another individual to find another hobby apart from Xbox. The user with the gamertag
[Mod removed- Personal Information] during a Madden game would repeatedly pause the game and spam party invites until I joined. Once that occurred the individual stated he now had my IP address and would boot me out the game the next pause.
I ignored his comments and proceeded to leave the party. Thereafter, I would receive constant messages from the user attempting to harass my family and personal life. Submitted complaints and an appeal though they decide to just let the other individual be
free with no consequence. Glad to know the enforcement team is being fair to all.

To aay they take is seriously, thats a lie. They dont even care about context. I even called Xbox to get a refund because I got banned for sending the why you lying meme, but the Xbox clubs can have content worse than a song about lying. XBLPET just sees
a curse word, ban. They dont take the reviews seriously at all, to believe that a bunch of voulenteer(They are not getting paid for this) Social Justice Warriors, who have a room they are locked in. i was told by a Microsoft employee who calmed me down after
getting a two week ban for a meme. People who think the XBLPET is a good thing, is insane. Your first amendement is being stripped and you keep paying, while having your freedoms stripped

With problem players just block them report if needed and don't engage them.

Never receive the thank you message, they just let everyone else free when they use vulgarities.

Hi, the enforcement team will investigate all reports, these can take some time to process. They may be lookihg deeper into this gamer, to ensure appropriate action is taken. You may or may not get a message thanking you for helping to keep Xbox safe.

The Enforcement team doesn't share what action they have taken if any to the person that filed the report. So you have no way of knowing if action has been taken against them. As long as you have reportrd and blocked the offending player you can rest assured
that the Enforcement team will investigate the report and if the player has violated the code of conduct action will be taken. Responding in a way that violates that same code of conduct will only result in you being suspended as well. So instead of responding
at all simply report and block. They will attempt to get to you in order to get you suspendef. Don't fall into the trap. Report and block and move on. There is no need to respond at all. Report and block, that is all that is required and ensures you don't
get suspended.
