    I recently got a harassment/abuse ban but i never said anything wrong I couldn't even do anything to harass anyone because I already had an communication ban i think the harassment ban should be tooken off or at least reduce it please help this a misunderstanding.

    Thats no where near true. Xbox LIVE Moderators have strict rules to follow, and if they were to ban someone, they would not say, they just would do it. If you are ever in doubt, all moderators have the prefix "XBLPET" to their gamertags, eg:

    XBLPET Lima

    XBLPET Arcadia

    XBLPET Quebec

    and so on..

    Please file a complaint for staff impersonation and a real moderator will deal with them.
