XBLPET is the biggest Joke around.

Here is a group on people who are suppose to police XBox Live to keep it safe and fair for all gamers.... Here is what they really do.

They throw out a 2 week communication ban for someone being reported as using a bad word, they do not investigate it, or they go into a random game on a random day and throw out a 2 week communication ban for having a naughty player card ( see boss I'm doing
my job ) As they rightfully should.

But what they REALLY need to be doing is looking into these people who mod and use cheats, or boost.... I know XBLPET that actually requires you to work and do your job... but that's what is really killing the games and XBox Live.

If I'm playing a game rated mature... I expect to hear some trash talk... it 's life, not to mention part of our 1st Amendment...abridging the freedom of speech.his

And this Enforcement Case Review... Another joke that makes me laugh so hard
I start to cry...

1. you NEVER give a specific reason as to what the ban was for, you just simply put...
This account engaged in inappropriate communications. This activity may include harassment, abusive language, hate speech, profanity, disruptive or offensive language, spamming, or other inappropriate uses of Xbox Live communications features. Again 1st
Amendment... but regardless where is the specific reason?

2. What is there to defend.... especially if none of the above took place, show me the evidence.... or better yet innocent until proven guilty?

3. NO WAY will XBLPET ever over-turn their Decision.... that would mean they would have to admit they mad a mistake, and this group of people are well for a lack of a better phrase Above The Law... i.e. they are a Joke

I would have to agree, they are a joke.

I called in to microsoft once to report someone for using a mod on BO2, when I went back and watched the video you could see at the beginning of the game the guy loading his options, they said there was nothing they could do about it, that I would have to
report it in game.
