XBLPET fails

    XBLPET fails


    Ne bis in idem. Someone at the enforcement team was eager to punish me and clicked the button so much I am now suspended three times for one violation in just 10 seconds. I am a first time offender and get 2 weeks of supsension. I wanted to open a case review
    but after finishing the questionnaire the website just refreshes to the front page and I now have to wait 24 hours to try it again.

    I'm basically banned for no reason and I'm just mad

    Comm bans are decided by XBLPET when you fail to observe the Code of Conduct.

    You should know that the enforcement team doesn't uses the forums.

    Anyone know where this building is located? I'm sick of their crap. Some jerk causes me problems for 30 minutes, so I FINALLY call him an **** (he didn't get suspended by the way, he was still sending me messages after I got mine) and I get an instant suspension
    for 2 bloody weeks. This department NEVER responds favorably to what caused the issue that I've seen and have even flagged me as a rep that needs work for over 9 months because I submitted video after video of players actually cheating in games. They need
    to face some SERIOUS consequences for their absolutely horrible actions to the players. As in lawsuits, a protest, etc.

    Try again the test to test your knowledge of the ToC and CoC of Xbox, failure to understand and apply them to Xbox Live is not an option. Be good from now on too.

    Yes, the XBLPET has become a weapon for trolls in games. They know how the system works, they will taunt you in game in the hopes of you sending a message they know will get you banned. The XBLPET is a measure of ineptitude and/or laziness, it is a brutalization
    with only the purpose of punishment rather protection; one text message bans you from ALL communication.

    Under the guise of creating a safer environment, they fail. We've all heard how people, kids talk to each other in their lives, in schools, at work, even our presdidental candidates our threaten peoples lives with impunity. Yet, the XBLPET is delusional
    in thinking they're making anything safer when it is ONLY about abuse of power on their part.

    The very notion that they can control peoples behavior by brutalizing peoples' accounts in akin to fascism. The experiment is three years, it failed. There are enough mechanisms for people to protect themselves, the XBLPET should be disbanded.
