    Anyone know where this building is located? I'm sick of their crap. Some jerk causes me problems for 30 minutes, so I FINALLY call him an **** (he didn't get suspended by the way, he was still sending me messages after I got mine) and I get an instant suspension
    for 2 bloody weeks. This department NEVER responds favorably to what caused the issue that I've seen and have even flagged me as a rep that needs work for over 9 months because I submitted video after video of players actually cheating in games. They need
    to face some SERIOUS consequences for their absolutely horrible actions to the players. As in lawsuits, a protest, etc.

    That may not have been why you were suspended unless the enforcement team responded to your case review and stated specifically that it was. Investigations can take time, so the suspension could be for something that took place days before that conversation.

    Hi, The enforcement team do not read these forums. Try deleting your profile from your console then redownload it, that usually fixes issues like this. If it doesn't then you will have to contact Xbox support so they can help you.

    Thanks for your response Stuartatruered. Unfortunately I have already tried deleting my profile and then re loading it, that didn't work, and as for xbox support, the only thing they could tell me to do is post on these forums. What other options can I

    The problem is found in the Router of the building, you should reset all the protection rules of the first Router, to put a second Router in cascade and set it as you prefer.
