    XBLive hasn't been working for about a day.


    XBLive failed sometime lat night, and I've tried all of the troubleshooting options multiple times. Early today it finally said there was a service alert. Now it says everything is supposed to work. BUT IT DOESN'T WORK. Why pretend the service works?
    I've been a paying XBLive customer for 8 years and I've never seen such negligence. I was considering getting a shiny new XBOne, but if this is how Microsoft is going to do business, then there' no way I'll spend hundreds of dollars on new hardware, let alone
    monthly service or games. And when I call the help line there's no one there. What good is that?

    It hasn't been working for me since day one either....my skills are terrible. XBLive hasn't been working for about a day. ;)

    I apologise on behalf of the Xbox/ Microsoft team for the inconvenience caused. There was a fault with Xbox live last night and like you said everything should be working by now.     do you have a 6 months or full year of xblive?? because I believe it doesn't give you free games with x amount of days or even a month xblive pass....
