    Did you purchase via the website? If so then there can be a slight delay between the information being updated to it being sent to your console. This is usually a minor problem that fixes itself but if you would like to force a synchronization then you can
    do so simply via clearing your consoles cache. Clearing your consoles cache is a short and simple process, your save data is totally safe during this time.



    1: At the dashboard, press your guide button on the center of your controller.

    2: Scroll to "Settings".

    3: Select "System Settings".

    4: Select "Storage".

    5: Highlight your storage device and press "Y" on your controller.

    6: Select "Clear System Cache" and then "Yes".



    Once the process completes, restart your console and see if the information has updated. If it has not, then your best bet would be to contact Phone Support and ask to speak to the billing department, they will be able to identify any problems with your
    account in relation to this.
