    XBL Years Not Showing on Profile


    I just noticed when I go into My Profile on X1, it no longer shows the number of years I have been on XBL Gold. I can see it on my friend's profiles, but not on mine. Anyone else see the number of years on their own profile on the X1 console?

    Anyone get the free Xbox 10 year edition?

    This is jacked up. I've been in XBL since beta, with the 10 years showing on my profile. I've gone through 3 RRoD and have stuck with them and I get nothing. They really should have sent this to everyone.

    Xbox live tenure went from 10 years to 5. WTF

    My account is over ten years old. Why is it showing me that it is 5 years old. What have I been paying for all these years if it is only showing 5 years on my profile?

    Tenure is still broken

    My tenure currently shows six years; since I've been an XBL member since 2002, it should be listing 10 years.

    Compared to the games they got with PS+ this month, this is embarrassing. I'm not trolling- I've been an XBL subscriber since the beta over 10 years ago. But Sony is really showing up XBL Gold with its free offerings...

    I am in the same boat.Shows 6 instead of 9.

    These 3 years i miss could be exactly the ones from the original(first) xbox live time.A HINT?

    None of my xbl-time was spend in silver status and my xbl-renewal history shows exactly 9 years of membership.

    Changing country and region, still not fixed?

    We know, the XBL support team has been telling their frustrated users about the same "fix" for the past 5+ years. I thought that with the new migration tool for the newly added XBL regions this problem would finally be addressed! This whole issue is absurd
    and shows how little XBL really cares about customer satisfaction.

    P.S. The old forums had a thread about this issue that ran over 30+ pages over the course of years... at least XBL is consistent.
