XBL unreliability and mandatory connectivity games

If Microsoft cannot maintain a reliable network then eliminate the requirement to play a game while connected. I purchased a digitally downloaded game (Destiny, Call of Duty, Halo) and cannot even play a single player campaign or mission. At minimum allow
for a no network contingency to play solo.

I agree Deaths Wisper68, I loved what they did with the game but the unreliability with their customer service and multiplayer is just going way down

 

XBL connectivity

So, since the original bout of issues last month or whenever, I have been unable to connect to XBL except for like two times! I am getting really, really sick of having a brick of a game system. I cant play any of my games. And troubleshooting has not done
any bit of good. Everything is working fine with the Net - and the Xbox connects to the router, just not Xbl. Very rarely, XBL connects and then dies within 20 minutes. Also sick of spending money on a brick.

Anything i havent tried? This worked fine right up til the outage With Xbl several weeks back. Port forwarding, resets, nothing works

 

COMPLETELY agree!! Great point. My kid shouldn't have to "connect" just to play, for example a Lego video game. It's ridiculous.

 

Agree. The Xbox as it stands right now is better suited as a door stop considering how often live goes Doreen anymore. Would be nice to be able to play single player and also should get free points or discounts on membership when the service we pay for is
not available to us. Would not be so bad if this was not happening so frequently
