    XBL Trial code not working


    Hi, I have put in a pre paid code for a 2 day Xbox Live trial however, when I go to redeem I am not told the code is invalid but instead told 'something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help.' so I then took the advice and left it for the day and
    now I have tried again and the error message just keeps popping up before I redeem the code.

    Any help appreciated

    Questions for those who already have games.

    Just got home to a copy of Call of Duty. Inside had a code for a map and 7 day xbl trial.

    I'm sorry to see any issues redeeming a free trial! When you attempt to redeem it, are you receiving an error code at the bottom of the error screen? This could show up as a 0x######## or XBOS-#### error
    at the bottom left or right. This will help me determine what might be happening and get you the right steps to resolve it.

    Is the code for an XBL Gold trial or for a full subscription?

    As trial codes only allow limited access and do not include on-line gaming.

    As for the XBL codes, I'd be safe and use them after eachother. XBL generally stacks but I am not sure about the trials.

    I had this problem too. The 14 day trial is only so you can play halo 4. Nothing else. I was under the impression the 14 day trial would allow all that gold has to offer.
