we pay over the odds for digital games and xbox live and all we get is service issues and cant get online nor play the games we paid for as no connection to live live . why service issues this is not our fault its yourse so we should be able to play our
games ofline . I have over 60 digital games most of them i paid over the odds for so i can game share but cant play them , this issue needs fixed and britain europe and every were else should be appologised to not just the usa we count aswell or stop taking
our money youre terms of service arent that full proof

Your friend lied to you. And this is not appropriate behavior for an XBL Ambassador. Microsoft needs to stop scrapping the bottom of the barrel for the Ambassador Program. People like you give it a bad name.

@Beast Rider-that is not the proper protocol to follow. Phone Support has absolutely nothing to do with Policy Enforcement on XBL. That is the sole responsibility of the XBL Policy Enforcement Team and the only way to reach them
is via the tools on your console, namely the file a complaint tool.

Sending people to Phone Support to complain about other players is just wasting the agents time and theirs.

1) It is against forum rules to name and shame other players in the forums.

2) If you encounter anyone who has violated the XBL Terms of Service or Code of Conduct then FILE A COMPLAINT against them via the tools on your console. Enforcement action is not instant. Just like with real life crimes it takes time to investigate
complaints.

3) Since you encountered the offender(s) on Bungie I would recommend you use their in game reporting tool as well.

Got mine launch day at game stop..they had 20 bucks off of 12 month XBL if you had an X1 pre ordered. Did not need it for a few months but couldn't pass it up.

The same argument is the same for XBL, stop subbing on that and you'll lose playing online. For a cheaper price than XBL you get ''free'' games and the discount games you still get to keep if you stop.

Also this MS didn't really promote XBL seeing as free members got it too. I'm not complaining though, I got some good deals
