    I noticed my xbl tenure went 12 years to 11

    Anyone can help me know why?

    Hey there,

    The number can be off sometimes if there is a lapse in your Xbox Live Gold subscription - even if it's very brief. The best route to take will be to simply wait for a full billing cycle (or 30 days) so your tenure can catch up.

    Check in with us if you don't see your tenure update after the full 30 days so we can take a deeper look!

    This is not true. This is a systemic issue that is not related to renewal. You can search the forums here for "tenure" and see there are MANY people with this problem.

    I am also seeing this issue. I have been a member since January 2003, and my tenure started showing as 11 about a week ago, instead of the 14 it should be.

    Your tenure resets after you stop having XBL, Change your gamertag, or change your WLID. Tenure doesnt actually amount to anything...... not sure why ths is a big deal

    Profile Tenure reset to "1"?

    You can't have a tenure of 10 until Novemeber at the earliest.

    XBL was launched in Novemeber 2002.
