Discus and support XBL Tenure Number Missing in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Just noticed on my X1 console profile that my XBL tenure number is missing. Was there before.     XBL Tenure Number Missing


    Just noticed on my X1 console profile that my XBL tenure number is missing. Was there before. Tenure number is fine on my 360 profile. Someone else said some gold accounts had been changed to gold in error a while back and maybe X1 is seeing it as 0.

    I have deleted profile from console and did hard reset and added profile back. Any idea how I can get by is fixed?

    Missing XBL tenure badge

    So I lost my Xbox Live tenure badge for about 3 days & after a call to support services & being told to wait 24hrs it finally returned XBL Tenure Number Missing :) Some kind of Xbox Live glitch apparently. If this happens to you call Xbox support, even for a trivial thing like a
    tenure badge (that’s a big deal to an Xbox fan) they are happy to look into it & help. Support services I salute you!!

    Xbox Live Year Number Is Wrong

    Actually Lost your wrong This person could recieve help from Miss Ermine and her team in the support section. They are simply in the wrkng section.

    But i guarantee the tenure on the OPs profile is correct.

    The tenure is no longer the number of years you have been on xbox live. The tenure number now corresponds to the number of accumulative years the profile has been Gold.

    My account active and gold since 2008 and it displays a 6.

    OPs profile avtive since 2008 gold for only 2 of those years.

    Miss Ermine, this isn't correct, and multiple posters have provided proof to substantiate that the error in question is still in the XBL environment. Considering other threads indicate this is being researched again, could you let us know what's going on
    with an update to the tenure sticky?

    Just switched..

    420 isn't a bad thing at all... no one can govern what a number means or represents let alone refer it entirely to drug use by banning it .

    (I've got at least 18 buds online with the number in their GT and some of their tenure's up to 7 years old..)
