XBL tenure needs adjusted please.

Hello there!

I have noticed several times over the years that my tenure hasn’t updated in a very long time. I always kind of shrugged it off, but I would finally like to do something about it. I’m a geek, and it’s bothering me .

I enrolled/signed up in late 2006, maybe 2007 on my Xbox 360. I can be sure of this because I used and LOVED the old “blade” dashboard.

I have enjoyed Xbox live GOLD (not silver) for 99.9% of the period of time between enrolling, until now.

Still, my tenure reports at only 8years time.

I have used a support chat rep, and they were unable to find anything wrong with my account. They kindly instructed me to post to the support team here, which brings us to where I am at now.

Can someone kindly help correct my XBL tenure/seniority?

Tenure reset

If I recall correctly, even if your Gold membership expires your tenure will stick around once you re-activate Gold. The only time a tenure is reset is when it is wrongly adjusted by a user. (Modified) Please call Xbox Phone Support. Their number can be
found at support.xbox.com then contact us.

Hi

When I click on your gamertag the tenure is showing as 9 years at the moment on your profile page. If you are still experiencing an issue I believe this should normally correct itself after a couple of days.

while a change to 9 years from 8 years is great, my tenure hasn’t been correct for a number of YEARS. I am confident that waiting for billing cycles won’t fix the issue. Thank you for the input though.

Can this be manually adjusted on the back-end of things please ( and thank you )?

Vibroplex...I don't think you understand what is going on here. My XBL account was converted to Gold in 2006 because I picked up a 360; for the original XBox, there was no Gold or Silver--either you had a XBL subscription (now Gold on the 360), or you had
nothing.

I have maintained a paid, unbroken XBL account since November 2002, bottom line, and tenure should be reflecting that, but it doesn't, and nothing has been said about not counting time owning a XBL account on the original XBox--rather, there has been mention
of the clock restarting if the account becomes silver...but my account has never gone silver, so that doesn't enter into it.

Bottom line, the tenure sticky needs to be updated to indicate this is still a problem that needs to be researched. I have ten years of tenure, and it's not showing up on my XBL profile.
