XBL suspension abit too harsh? or justified?

hi guys. Ive previously been suspended on live chat (xbox, and yeah i was being a bit of a ****) but it also says i have a permanent ban stating "Permanent suspension impact: This account can no longer sign in to Xbox Live from any device. This enforcement
affects the account's Xbox Live privileges." idk what this is for as i havent done anything as severe for me to gain a perma ban/suspension from what the enforcement code of conduct said, or what can it affect with my XBL privileges but id like to know if
possible thanks

First Strike or Escalation ?

thanks for the input peeps, looks like escalation is the winner. Might hold off for abit L.A Noire is on the cards for abit longer

I am trying to close my account but my account has been suspended

If you are suspended, is it a billing suspension or a XBL suspension?

If it is a billing suspension contact support (US/Canada number: 1800-4MYXBOX) but if it is a XBL suspension there is nothing anyone can do and your account will have to just sit there.

i did before and all it said for me was a perma ban etc is through cheating hacks yada yada..... which is why im stumped with it as it states i got one but all it was for was giving sh1t back to someone who decided to cry and accuse me of hacking dark souls

All you can do is file for a case review via the enforcement site I linked.

The enforcement team don't use the forums so there's nothing anyone here can do.

If your appeal is unsuccessful, we advise you to learn from your mistakes and ride out your suspension time. If you have recently used Mixer and posted inappropriately, this suspension may be related.
