    XBL Scenario for a frustrated parent!


    Hi

    I have a scenario, that is probably pretty straight forward to resolve

    I would like to have my XBL account as the main one, with XBL gold. But my two kids aged 6 and 5 to have access to gold to play their friends but unable to make purchases without a passkey etc.

    We all have accounts, but mine is the only one with XBL gold at present.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    ummm cause duh people should be keeping it clean and I'm sorry 1% is not alot

    And no they don't have any contact number it prevents harassment

    My son's x-box account keeps getting banned for cheating. It says unauthorized use of software or hardware. My son is only 9 years old and claims he doesn't know what's going on. What's frustrating me is I don't know what's going on. I want to be
    able to access my son's account and find out why its being banned. When I click on the "Apply for Review" I get asked questions I don't know the answers to in order to move forward. In fact I only answered one question wrong. Customer service says they can't
    help.

    Why am I being denied access to why the account has been banned and given this broad explanation. The kid is only 9 how the hell would he have installed software or hardware to help him cheat? I feel cheated out of all the money I have dumped into this
    thing only to not have use of it. I am very close to throwing the thing out the window.



    Does anyone know if PlayStation has better customer service?

    unauthorized use of software that doesn't sound right ate you sure it's not something else like communications suspension

    Repeated cheating and account modification will only result in a perm ban not repeat suspensions just like any other console

    If I were you I'd watch your child more closely

    You can check https://enforcement.xbox.com

    With the parental acount and check his enforcement history

    If it's communication suspension which is more likely

    If that's the casetell him to keep it clean

    The questions it asks are there to gauge your knowledge of the code of conduct. All answers to the questionaire are in the code of conduct.

    Playstation support also is not better when it comes to bans/suspensions. They dont have any sort of case review process at all for bans/suspensions and psn support cannot assist with bans/suspensions on psn either.
