    XBL Rewards Support ignored my support request for almost a month, can anyone here help?


    Hi, i've been asking for support over on the Xbox Live Rewards forum since the 30th December. I've phoned the support team twice, contacted chat support multiple times, spoke to their twitter team and i've still not received any support and as far as I can
    tell my request for support is being completely ignored.

    Here are my previous posts about the issue:

    Ignored support requests

    Have posted request for support 3 times on the problem with power bingo rewards but the last ones of these are not even recorded on the Support forum page and all of them have had no reply - but then this is microsoft - enough said!!!!

    Missing Gold/Game Pass Quest Rewards

    Does anyone have some type of direct contact? I tried explaining the fact that no one from support is monitoring the forums, and I was basically told tough luck.

    Hey there Senzankou In EZ!

    The Rewards team is separate from us. It looks like they recommended you keep an eye out for an e-mail and if you don't receive anything to create a new thread. I suggest following the steps the rewards team provided you in your posts.

    The Rewards forums can get a bit busy, replies might be delayed but keep an eye out for communication.

    Sorry to hear it. However, you were misinformed. There is no one in the forums that can help with this issue. Please continue contacting Microsoft Rewards Support about this issue. If necessary, you can always request to have the issue escalated.

    Quests are not part of the Rewards program so Rewards support cannot assist. They are an Xbox promotion. This is supposed to be the correct forum for promotional issues, but support has not been posting here for a couple of months.

    Rewards Support Request

    Keep in mind that rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it is too early to see credits pending for December purchases. In-game consumables do not count towards VIP so things like Madden points will
    not receive credits.
