XBL Rewards showing I am not Gold - I am and have been for 14 years

Hi, for the past few weeks the Rewards site has been showing that I am not a Gold member. I have been since November 2003 with no lapses.

This is causing me to get 3% rewards instead of 6%, please advise what can be done to rectify this and to get me any rewards I have missed because of the error.

This is affecting the percentage I get in rewards. I should be getting 6 but it is only showing me as getting 3%.

Please let me know what you can do to resolve this error and award me any missing rewards. I have been gold since November 2003, with no lapses and my subscription is preloaded thru 2019.

Hello Aj6627,

Since we load your subscriptions one by one as each one comes to an end, we only recently processed the end of your "current" subscription, and are currently loading your next queued up subscription. Since it takes us 96 hours to
load new activity, we are still currently processing this new subscription. However, we have escalated your case to another team, and they have confirmed that your next subscription was loaded this morning, and your Gold status should resume shortly.

I have been a rewards member since about January of this year. It just said I was gold and when I went to refer a friend it tells me I am not gold.

what is really bothering me if i have gold also and yet i am not earning any reward points, everytime i login to reward page on xbox.com it just says signup for gold and i already have had gold for years now, it shows previous points i earned year ago but
its not showing any points for this year at all earned, and thats upsetting me why have gold if i cant even earn reward points. their website on xbox.com reward page is messed up so badly, they need to fix it, it keeps saying unlock for vip and when i click
it , it says signup for gold and i have had gold for long time.
