Xbl rewards pending credits not converting

I have 21,000+pending credits that's haven't converted to my ms account yet. Any help with this?

March PunchCard Rewards & VIP Gems NOT DEPOSITED

PLEASE STOP LOCKING MY THREADS before the issue has been resolved.

Two reps told me in my previous thread that I cannot see rewards deposited into my account from the pending credits section of my account on XBL Rewards but that is false.

I can see credits deposited into my pending credits section if I check my history.

I preordered 5 or 6 games through the promotion period but did not receive the credits by the end of March.

I double checked my main Microsoft account page looking for the refund $15 credit as well as the pending credits history page on XBL Rewards account and it is not reflected in either place.

I only preordered two games at the end of January, zero in February, and then three towards the end of March.

I do not have the promotional credits or VIP gems deposited in my account.

Please help.

Xbox Live Credits not pending/not showing up/not working?!

Made numerous purchases since 11/15, not pending credits/no xbl credits in account. Have spent well over $100+ on games in the XBL digital store

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since the Credits that put you above the 5000 required for an automatically scheduled deposit occurred at the beginning of this month, your Credits will be a part of the end of month deposit.

If you don't redeem the gems by June 15, they will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points.

If you have any pending credits by May 31, 2018, they will be deposited into your account as currency by the end of June. If there is an issue depositing credits into your account, they will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points.

From the FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.

The Credits were placed as pending into your account yesterday, which is within the expected 15 days. You may wish to check your MyStatement on your MyRewards page, where the Credits are displayed as pending. They should be converted and deposited into your
account with the end of month deposit.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending or you can request a deposit when you have at least 1,000 pending (but less than 5,000) and they will be deposited on the deposit date listed on
the site at the time that you make the request.

The thing is I have rewards from last year that have not been converted yet, how can I get them converted into credits?
