    XBL Rewards not registering Gold Membership


    Hello,

    I have a membership that I placed via prepaid code a while ago, but XBL Rewards doesn't seem to register that Gold membership. On XBL and my account it shows that I have gold for the next 11 months, but I see in the VIP Star Rank page that I am placed as
    a non-Gold member. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Xbox Live Rewards not showing my Gold status?

    I am participating in Xbox Live Rewards, and decided to upgrade to a Gold membership in order to take advantage of some of the Gold-exclusive rewards. After doing so last night, the Xbox Live Rewards website is still showing my account as having not yet
    upgraded to Gold.

    Seeing as how I am displayed as a Gold member on the main Xbox website (i.e. here), and am able to use online multiplayer, it is obvious to me that I have successfully upgraded to Gold; so why is the Xbox Live Rewards site not registering as such?

    i bought a code for my live & redeemed it, i can play online, go into party with friends etc. the problem im having is that some things such as games with gold on the dashboard and xbox.com are asking me to renew my membership, also when i was checking to
    see if i was able to join the ambassadors or enforcers again it was saying i dont have gold membership, has this happened to anyone else & does anyone know if it will sort itself? :')

    oh and in the top corner where my gamertag is it says 'gold member' yet its in silver

    Your XBL Gold Membership has been cancelled, not that you don't have an XBL Account. The only way you can overcome this is by purchasing a Gold Membership. If you have one contact Xbox Support.

    Are you saying that I was unsubscribed from XBL Gold at the time? The promotion was for signing up for XBL Rewards, not Gold.
