Xbl rewards is saying I'm not gold

I've been gold for quite a while (close to 8 years), but MyVip says I do not have xbl gold. Any help is appreciated.

Are you saying that I was unsubscribed from XBL Gold at the time? The promotion was for signing up for XBL Rewards, not Gold.

I should be getting 10% back, but reward saying I'm not a gold member and get 5% back. I have always been a gold member and it doesn't run out till the end of next year.

We have deployed our resolution, and can confirm that you are now being recognized as a Gold member again, and that your delayed April payback was awarded at the Gold status. However, while reviewing your account, we see that you were incorrectly awarded
at the Free level for March due to this issue with new Gold subscriptions. Apologies for the inconvenience. We will duplicate you March MyVIP event to reflect the double percent back you should have received as a Gold member. You should see this appear by
the end of next week, at the latest.
