XBL Rewards: Earned fourth star but remained at three stars, entire account is now down

I met the qualification provided to me by Xbox Live Rewards to spend a certain amount before the end of February in order to from three stars to four stars. When the "Stars under construction" message went down on March 7, I was still at three stars.

I planned to tweet @XboxLiveRewards about this inquiry today and then realized my entire account is now down as well.

Also, I am including a photo of a message I see displayed on my Rewards account. Because I had my account open in an old browser tab, I also have screenshots of how my account looked prior to this including "Rewards member since 2011".

stuck at 123 stars for un locking tai

i was earning new stars on hardcore. i started hardcore with 123 stars. i earned the star struck achievement. i kepted earning new stars but, the stars for unlocking tai stayed at 123. i beat a level and earn 4 stars, yet the stat ticker for unlocking tai
stayed at 123. it shows in campaign stats i have all those stars.

 

Xbox Live rewards VIP Stars

My Xbox live Rewards Stars were dropped to Zero and is now at 1 Star when i was at a 4 star rating!! Could Xbox support please provide some info on this or just raise my VIP level back to what it was please.

Added note: I received my Rewards statement from February and it shows just 250 credits (from the survey). That completely neglected several purchases that should have qualified me for four stars for a year (as per the offer). These of course show in my
online order history as proof of the transactions.

this is purely an error in presenting information on the webpage. All your data on our servers was unaffected.

Regarding your VIP Boost offer, you did not complete that offer, which is why you are still at the same star rank. Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, and therefore not eligible for the VIP Boost offer. This is mentioned in both our MyVIP FAQ:



What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

Since your purchases went towards the VIP boost offer, they did not award payback. Purchases that go towards offers do not award payback as well.
