Xbl rewards deposit

hello I have had 15k rewards points pending for a little while and on the 15th it was not deposited.

I have been looking for the request early deposit link but it is not showing on the rewards page as it should. Can I request a deposit or do I have to wait till the 30th and see if it still hasn’t deposited?

I have 25,500 credits

Now that XBL Rewards will become Microsoft rewards, ¿what will happen to my credits? I do not want MS rewards credits, I want a deposit in the currency of my region. ¿is this possible?

my account and billing info is correctly inputted but the xbl rewards site says my account. needs attention and will not deposit

Hello majiin kirby,

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Since your Credits were pending earlier this month, they were automatically scheduled to be included with the end of month deposit cycle. Since you
have been automatically scheduled for a deposit due to being over 5000 pending Credits, there is no need to request a scheduled deposit manually, so that button has been removed.

Pesty are you in the XBL rewards program? If so it could be off that, I had some points deposited last week on my account also.

Agreed, as the other poster said. You can't pay with an account balance because you could have had this credit deposited into your account through several methods, such as Rewards points being cashed in for XBL credit. You must pay for subscriptions with
your own money, not through methods like getting a deposit from the Rewards program, just for an example, so this is why you can't use account credit to pay for it. It must be done with a credit or debit card.
