XBL Rewards Deposit never showed up

On 3/8/17 I received $18.70 XBL Rewards Deposit according to billing. But when I look at my account balance it shows $0.00. None of the purchases since 3/8 have used Rewards money.

What happened to the $18.70?

Missing rewards deposit

My most recent xbox rewards deposit never showed up in my account balance. i'd like to know why it didn't show up?

What is "Your account needs to be updated to make a deposit!" ?

I went to access the part of "my rewards" and this message showed up, how do I get the deposit? What i need to do?

We can confirm seeing a deposit on March 8th of 18,700 Credits (18.70 USD). If this deposit is not appearing on your commerce page at (Billing help - Microsoft account) as a refund with a negative amount
into your Microsoft Account, you will have to contact Xbox Billing Support at (support.xbox.com/contact-us). Unfortunately, once Credits are deposited into your account, we can no longer take action on them.

the reward credits will show on your xbox live rewards section in a few days, that is if you have signed up the the rewards program, they normally convert and deposit into your live account twice per month, but to get a deposit you need to have at least
5000 reward points.

Since the Rewards site shows the deposit and the billing site shows the deposit, Rewards support would no longer be able to assist. You would need to continue working with billing.

That's partially correct, but points are not deposited quarterly.

It takes up to 96 hours for points to show as pending in your Rewards account. Once pending, rewards are deposited around the 15th of the following month after you have earned at least 100 points.

Judge

Most likely, does it show up under "pending" on your rewards account at rewards.xbox.com? If so you will need to wait until then for them to be deposited. If it doesn't show up then you will want to post this topic in the rewards forum I linked you.
