XBL problem

Every time I turn on the xbox, it is disconnected from XBL and when I test connection, it tells me to reset the router for 30 seconds.

Same problem when I dashboard to change the game I'm playing. The Xbox discontents from XBL and have to redo the 30 seconds resetting on the router. Any help?

to fix this problem, you need to purchase a router that is compatible with Xbox Live. You can check the list here:

The router I have is on the list. Also, I don't think that is the actual problem.

 

G'day Metaphorically. When you test your connection is there any error code accompanying that router message? If so, what is it?

There are a few more things we can try here. If you're on a wireless connection, try wired instead. If it continues to disconnect, remove the router and plug your console straight into the modem (as a temporary setup). If the disconnections stop

Misses Joust, same problem happens with wired. The only error is it tells me to "shut off the router for 30 seconds and try again." I don't want to do that every time I want to play.

And the service alert is still matchmaking problems. Nothing worked.

 

I'm suddenly having this same issue, one minute connected, the next blame the router or net connection. Is the service having issues?

 

same kinda issue only now i cant fix connection at all. seriously think its a planned problem at this point about to give xbox the boots

I just got the same problem. never had any connectivity problems before now I'm getting a 8015190E and I can't connect to xbox live. what is going on here?! I've tried all the power cycling and network config resetting nothing?!

 

every time i dashboard or start a game i get signed out as well... its impossible to play games like this... please help

 

How about an Xbox employee respond to this thread with a solution?
