XBL party problems

hey this has been happening to me ever since ive got the xbox one............most of the party chats i enter i cant here anybody no one has a mic or i can hear some but not others

you see the circles indicating that the mics are in or ppl are talking i cant see them except for mine and who i can hear

now ive tried alot alot alot of troubleshooting and still cant find out anything.....my nat type does say open ive tested my connections

countless times. is this my xbox its self because i dont see where it could be an online issue

I would like you to answer a few questions for us that will help us get a better understanding so that we can give you the very best support possible. Please read:

If its possible, try connect your console with an Ethernet cable instead of a wireless connection, and let us know if the problem persists.

If you haven't already, clear your Xbox system cache (three times in a row). This will remove temporary files from the system cache.

Clear Xbox system cache

1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.
   
2. Select Storage or Memory.
3. Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller.
4. Select Clear System Cache.
5. Clear your Xbox system cache three times in row.

Lag, Xbl party problems.

Over the last week I have been experiencing lag and rubberbanding with muliplayer games specifically BF3 and BLOPS 2. Also when in parties whilst playing these games I keep getting disconnected from the party and vice versa with other players. I have reset
my router to factory settings and have also changed channels multiple times but theres still problems. I am connected wireless, but I have only experienced this problem recently after a year of having my current router.

 

If your NAT is open try powercycling your Xbox by holding down the powerbutton for 10 seconds untill it shuts off, then power it back on, this fixes the issue in some cases

 

I had the same issue a week ago right at the time of the attacks. For days i would get into a party chat and not be able to hear anyone but, they could hear me and i could see they were talking. I had the XO seven headset in and i could hear the game music
and sound effects but i couldnt ever hear my party. All i did was unplug my headset and talk thruogh my kinect im not saying its going to work but it did for me. Hopefully they fix this problem in the new year cuz alot of people have ran into the same problem.
