XBL message problems

hello guys im having a little problem with sending messages to other people if they arent on my friend list its been going for about2 months now and its getting annoing please help...(already checked my privacy settings)

Not able to sign into xbox live as of 4-13-13 plz help!!

I'm able to connect to XBL but problems still remain.

Inability to send/receive messages and inability to join parties or invite people into them.

 

Tue/ 1-3-12 Internet cable works, But cant connect to xbl HELP

i can't connect to xbl either. it says network ok, internet ok, xbl failed. there is a sevice alert on xbox.com/servicealerts , but it only refers to receiving messages. just on the forums seing if people sre having same problems.

Can you sign into: https://enforcement.xbox.com/ and see what that site is saying about your reputation. It will give you a breakdown of reputation and reports filed against
you (as well as by you) over the past six months.

it says that my rep is in the high green so it should not be the problem...

oh and if i keep trying to send the msg like 30 times or so it will send it(kinda annoing tho)

 

If you haven't already, follow the steps up front and let us know how that goes and we'll go from there.

Delete Xbox LIVE profile safely.

Before you delete your profile you have to know the username and password for your Microsoft account that is associated with your profile.

1. Go to Settings, and then select System.
2. Select Storage.
3. Select All Devices.
4. Select Gamer Profiles.
5. Select the gamertag that you want to delete.
6. Select Delete.
7. Select Delete Profile Only. This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements.
   

Clear Xbox system cache.

1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.
   
2. Select Storage or Memory.
3. Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller.
4. Select Clear System Cache.
5. Repeat this process three times in row.

Restart your console.

Download Xbox LIVE profile.

1. Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the center of your controller).
   
2. Select Download Profile.
3. Enter the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox LIVE gamertag.
4. Enter your Microsoft account password.

 

no i still cant send messages and ive done it twice(forgot to restart the console first time lol)

 

I am having the same problem. Tried deleting profile and done clear system cache but still not working.

 

I've spun this up to the Microsoft/Xbox global escalation team, to start an investigation.
