XBL Gold Price Not Showing

Discus and support XBL Gold Price Not Showing in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I recently signed up for XBL Gold since I just purchased an Xbox One and the 'gold price' for the Countdown sale is not showing on games.     XBL Gold Price Not Showing


    I recently signed up for XBL Gold since I just purchased an Xbox One and the 'gold price' for the Countdown sale is not showing on games. Anyone run into this issue? Any recommendations what I should do?

    I've tried to purchase from my XB1 and computer.

    you do know Ad's are showing up when they are loading Apps now? I wonder if this will bring BACK down the price of XBL

    XBL Gold Price Not Showing

    Hey Spartan,

    Did you do this on the account you're using to post here? It's just that this account is showing as Silver here on the forums. This may simply be down to the fact that it can take some time for all systems to update and reflect your updated subscription
    status.

    To verify that the Gold took effect, log in and check here:
    account.microsoft.com/services


    If that page is showing the Gold should be active, the issue is likely down to the delay in the systems reflecting this. To possibly speed this up, you can try power cycling (support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console)
    your Xbox One console, then go to Settings>Network Settings and run both the Detailed Network Statistics and Multiplayer Connection tests. After doing this, power cycle again and sign in and now check the Store to see if the prices have updated.

    Let us know how you get on.

    Nothing yet... still playing the waiting game while trying everything I can think of to 'reboot' the system.

    My account here is showing an XBL subscription but my account on my system is no longer showing an XBL subscription

    Just to add... I think I found the crux of the issue.

    My XB1 does not see a XBL Gold subscription

    My Xbox account on the web does not see a XBL Gold subscription

    HOWEVER, my Microsoft account sees the XBL Gold subscription

    Talking to chat now, hopefully this can be figured out, heh

    Okay, that's a curious issue. Phone Support is probably the best avenue for that and hopefully they can help you out.

    Forgot to reply to this.

    In case anyone else encounters the issue the agent wound up cancelling my membership and then sending me a 1-month XBL subscription to fix the issue. Maybe not an elegant solution but it worked =)
