    I recently bought a 6 month xbox live gold prepaid card ... When i got home a redeemed the code .... no problems... 1 minute later I try playing fortnite and it tells me try gold membership... so i turned it off, restart it and i kep having the same problems
    pls help

    You talking XBL Currency? or XBL Gold? Dont think Gold subscription cards will work.

    xbl gold not working ??

    I still have no xbl gold???? I paid for gold 3/4 days ago n still cant use it?? xbox don't even know why.. called them spent 4 hours on the phone told me its up till a two week wait to resolve the issues.. which is completely ridiculous ive tried to clear
    the cache, delete and re download my profile, ive had my re entered the code on xbox .com and on my xbox, nothing seems to work and ive even got the email to confirm my gold when I did enter the code the first time so it says its there.. and when I try to
    play games online it does not say I don't have gold.. it says "Your profile does not have the correct permission to access Xbox LIVE functionality"

    xBox PAL or NTSC?

    As suspected I cannot sign in with my local acc because XBL is not yet supported in this country. So I created UK acc and tried one month free Gold which works the way it is supposed to but yeah some contents are not available but playing online with PAL
    games works. So unfortunetely I have to stick with that for know. Plus, can you tell me If I could upgrade to XBL Gold during my XBL Gold one month trial? Because I heard I can't upgrade XBL Gold until the previous gold subscription is expired.

    If you got an e-mail stating you received the subscription then you should be good to go there. If you purchased your membership on the website, there is a delay in the time before it refreshes and shows active on the console. An easy way to fix this is
    to test your Xbox LIVE connection on your console. This is like a refresh for the console and should have your membership up and running once you complete the process! To test your Xbox Live Connection follow these steps:

    1. Press the Guide button on your controller.
    2. Select Settings, System Settings, and then Network Settings.
    3. Select the name of your Wireless Network, or select Wired Network for a wired connection.
    4. Select Test Xbox Live Connection.
    You can also check https://commerce.microsoft.com to verify your subscription under the subscription tab and see if there are any outstanding balance issues listed against the account. If so,
    you will likely need to get in touch with Microsoft Phone Support to resolve the billing matter. Hope this helps!
