XBL Gold Not Displaying on Ambassador Program Application

I've recently reactivated my XBL account to gold and I'm getting the message from the ambassador application screen that I do not have Gold when in my profile shows I do. Is there a delay in my profile updating or what can I do to resolve the issue.

My application apparently doesn't meet the 1,500 Gamerscore prerequisite....but I have a Gamerscore of 3065.

So what's the issue here? Is there any remedy?

 

There usually is a delay. Sometimes it can take up to a week for the change to be recognized. If it has been more than a week you should send @XboxSupport a tweet so they can pass your info along to the ambassador team

 

I've sent them a few tweets to no avail. I'm on a forward deployed carrier so I have trouble trying to get things done

When trying to sign up. For the past week it's been telling me I don't have gold when I renewed it.

 

Oh right.

Leave it for a period of at least 48 hours, then try again. This is in order to let the system reset and hopefully it will work for you after that.

Let us know if it does, or indeed if it does not in which case we can see if anything can be done.

 

Please contact one of the forum support team members they should be able to figure out what is going on with your account.

I renewed Gold on the 19th. Under my account settings it shows I'm golden. I'm just told this:

You must have a Gold account to join this Specialization.

 

Vash the same thing happened to me when I was trying to join the ambassadors, the web site does not automatically update, they have to do it manually. so relax just wait and they will get it fixed. (also try posting to Mr Fizzle and Ms Erminie (I think that
is how you spell her name)
