    XBL Gold issues


    Alright now this crap is getting me irritated. I renewed Gold yesterday and today it tells me that I need to purchase gold. But when I go to account subscriptions it says: XBL Gold expires 2/10/2019. Can someone help me out here?

    You talking XBL Currency? or XBL Gold? Dont think Gold subscription cards will work.

    XBL Gold issues

    Hi

    In this situation the first thing to try it to restart the console by pressing and holding the power button on the front of the console for 5-10 seconds and once shut down I would remove personally also remove the power cable from the wall outlet for a couple
    of minutes as well.

    If this does not work the second thing to try is to
    remove your account     from the console (please make sure you know all your account details and passwords prior to doing this) restart the console again and re load your account.

    No issue at all. You can upgrade to Gold anytime.

    Just to add... I think I found the crux of the issue.

    My XB1 does not see a XBL Gold subscription

    My Xbox account on the web does not see a XBL Gold subscription

    HOWEVER, my Microsoft account sees the XBL Gold subscription

    Talking to chat now, hopefully this can be figured out, heh

    Why we need xbox live for free games?

    Hi there.

    The money that is earned from XBL Gold subscriptions is used to maintain the XBL servers, so there are fewer issues than on free servers like that of PC and PS imo.
