    My mate gave me a 14 day free trial code, and it was accepted, but it's not letting me click it on my account settings. It's there, but I can't highlight it. Any clues anyone?!

    Halo 4 System has no XBL Gold Trial?

    Yes you read this right. I was lucky I kept my previous Halo games that had working 2 day trials for Gold. So I spend $350 and get no XBL Gold. But, people that spend $60-100 get a 14 day trial? That's wrong. Great job on getting back your customers.

    14 Day trial ended after 1 day

    Please bear in mind Xbox Gold trials does not stack to each other. If you redeemed a 14 day trial code then redeem a 2 day code it will remove the 14 day trial code. Have you redeemed other codes besides the 14 day trial?

    Is this on Xbox 360 or on Xbox One?

    Under your subscription settings, it will show your active subscriptions and some details on the cycle period and the type of subscription but you can't really select it.

    It's there to just let you know of the active subscriptions that are on your account and when it's set to renew or expire.

    Are you having any issues accessing the service?

    For new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, if xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes could be used/sold as xbox game pass 14 days trial codes or xbox live gold 14 days trial codes?

    Because a 'xbox games pass ultimate 14 days trial code' equals a 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code + xbox live gold 14 days trial code', so for new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game
    pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code' , right?

    Please help to clarify.

    BTW, where you trying to add 14 days to an existing XBL membership? as those 14 day "trials" are for brand new accounts only, with new XBL names, not current active ones

    Hi, that's because it's a 14 days trial. you can download 360 games with gold with a 1 month trial but not with a 14 days one.
