    I used the XBL free trial certificate on my new xbox one but am unable to access multiplayer functionality. Received the error message that "account cannot access this server on xbox live".

    I cannot access xbox live even after entering the information

    Is The Long Dark something to look forward to?

    You can download a free trial on XBL that gives you an hour with the game.

    i was told if i made an accont with xbl i would get a free xbl 14 free trial but i have recived nothing at all why is this happning ??

    have you redownloaded your profile and have you tried it with the specific game you got it with?

    Also try non ranked matches

    If it works then you are good to go

    Trials don't work with all game modes just mostly non ranked and the Games they came with

    Yup I went through that too, ended up playing the minecraft free trial for 3 hours which was very frustrating since I bought the game, god damn xbl arcade games revert back to their free trials when the service is down v_v
