XBL forced GT change

Is there any way to investigate Microsoft? My GT was forcefully changed and I have not been entitled to a free GT change due to the change. It would be greatly appreciated it somebody would be able to point me in the right direction.

The Terms of Service and Code of Conduct have been updated many times in the life of the Xbox 360 and with each update to it we, the gamers, had to agree with the new updates before we were even allowed access to XBL. So you did
have notice and you apparently agreed to those terms because you have been using XBL.

Your GT was changed because it violated the Code of Conduct. XBL is rated "E" for Everyone and our profile content and Gamer Tags must reflect that rating. If they do not then we leave ourselves open for enforcement action being taken against our account(s).

Yes, you should have to pay money to change it. YOU decided to ignore the rules you agreed to, Microsoft is just holding you to those rules. This is their way of punishing you. If you don't like it then you should not have agreed to their rules to begin with.
Of course you are free to go elsewhere just be aware that the other services have rules of their own too.

It's not possible to change the Gamertag for free after it was force changed due to violations of the Terms of Service/ Code of Conduct. Previously there was an option, but this was prone to abuse so it's no longer allowed. For more information you'll want
