    Enforcement Ban Policies

    I just got banned from xbox live for 7 days. I'm not sure how this works. This guy on GTA V was griefing me so I told him to stop in a "not nice way". But since griefing is also against the rules, shouldn't he go down with me at the very least? The fact
    that I cannot contact the enforcement team is disappointing and upsetting. It is also upsetting that they don't even have to tell you the exact reason/situation in which why they are banning you.

    Moderators are only found here on the Forums and don't handle Policy Enforcement on Xbox LIVE. The Xbox LIVE Policy Enforcement Team works via XBL. You contact the XBL PET by Filing a Complaint on a Profile that is in Violation
    of the ToU/ CoC.

    The only people who can ban players on XBL are the XBL Policy Enforcement Team. No one else can do that.

    YouTube and Uploaded Videos have nothing to do with Policy Enforcement or any "evidence" for action one way or another. YouTube has nothing to do with XBL other then it being an App available on XBL.

    In short, you wasted your time recording anything in hopes of Policy Enforcement and used YouTube as "evidence".

    The report feature? I don't know how it works with ambassadors, but if you REALLY want to stop the modders, you hould apply for a job in the XBL PET Team, which stands for Xbox LIVE Policy Enforcement Team. In other words, you are an enforcer of the XBL
    LIVE Policy, and modding on GTA: IV and any other game is a violation of this policy, which results in an immediate ban IF caught!
